Message Caster can also be affected by your car being unlevel for any reason. Did you have anything in the car causing unequal weight distribution during the alignment? Anything in the trunk, ds, or ps? A slight posibility is that the alignment rack they used is not precisely level. Any factor causing the horizontal axis of the car to change in relation to a vertical line through the steering knuckle will cause caster changes. That means if the back end or front end is higher or lower than factory spec, then caster will be more positive or negative.

From your measurement of ride height it does look like you have over a 1/2in difference on the front. If you have a sagging spring on that side its causing the front to dip on that side and that could be the reason your caster is out slightly. The difference in cross caster is not causing the pull though. Try replacing that spring. Oh and one last thing is your tire size in the front and rear. If they are not the OEM sizes then the tilt of the car could be contributing to your caster being out of spec.
